What is the best way to change a water cooler bottle without spilling loads water on the floor?
Everytime I (female) lift one of those heavy water bottles (I have tried the smaller ones too and I prefer the bigger ones as I have some water left in the bottle after the contents spills). Everytime I move to place it on top of the dispenser, by the time I remove the cap and turn it over to place on the dispenser, more than a quarter of the water has spilled onto the floor and the dispenser is drenched inside? Pls suggest a new technique. Thanks
You might not need to remove the cap at all. The water coolers I've worked with in recent years had self-piercing caps.
Just peel off the paper label from the cap, then put the bottle in the machine. There is a part in the cooler that pokes up, and it should puncture the cap and let the water out.
If you get your bottles delivered, check with the delivery person about whether your bottles and cooler will work this way.
