
What are the negative aspects of a raw food diet?
I've read so much about the positive aspects of eating a raw food diet I was wondering were there any proven negative drawbacks? Has anyone had any experience with a raw food diet and didn't like what the results?
When we say raw food diet it was based on unprocessed and uncooked plant foods, such as vegetables, seeds, grains, nuts, dried fruits, seaweeds, beans and so much more.
Enzymes that assist in our digestion and absorption of food, will be destroyed if a certain food will be heated above 116 degrees F. In a nutshell, cooking will diminish all the nutritional value of food.
That is why; I don't think the diet using raw foods have a negative effect to our body. If you want to take a diet, you should eat raw foods, because at least 75% of diet should must be living on raw.
